Group Organizer
If you are looking to organize a group to travel for Spring Break, STS will help you with everything from choosing the right destination to managing your reservation. You will be rewarded with free trips and commissions or you may apply a discount to your group. You must book a minimum of 8 trips to earn commission.

Responsibilities

• Distributing information and spreading the word that you are organizing a group
• Communicating trip details to your group
• Reminding tour participants to pay on time

Ideal candidate

• Ambitious and Persistent - Must be able to motivate friends to sign up and pay trip deposits.
• Has ability to influence others - Groups of friends and/or organization members.
• Has an interest in travel
• Responsible and Reliable

Commission/Free Trips
There is no limit to the number of free trips/cash you can earn. Below is our standard commission structure. A free trip can be taken for every 15 trips sold in lieu of cash. You must book a minimum of 8 trips to earn commission. You may apply your commission as a discount to all members of your group.

8-15	$30 per Air & Hotel Package - $10 per Hotel Only package
16	FREE TRIP!
17-49	$40 per Air & Hotel Package - $10 per Hotel Only package
50-99	$50 per Air & Hotel Package - $10 per Hotel Only package
100+	$60 per Air & Hotel Package - $10 per Hotel Only package

Your friends, even at other schools, can make you money. You will earn commission on every sale made through reps you refer to STS.

101-200	$25 per Air & Hotel Package - $10 per Hotel Only package
201+	$30 per Air & Hotel Package - $10 per Hotel Only package
